Alison Stackpole, Esq. Vice President
For more than 30 years, Alison has worked with the nation’s top insurance carriers, reinsurers and TPAs to generate additional, often untapped, revenue streams through subrogation and overpayment recovery. Since 2008, Alison has dedicated her time to building a team of professionals and establishing Praxis Disability Group as the leading provider of subrogation and cost-mitigation services to the Group Disability insurance market. Prior to that, she spent 15 years representing self-funded ERISA health plans. In doing so, Alison became well versed in varied and conflicting federal circuit court laws and navigated the evolution of the Supreme Court’s applicable rulings aimed at resolving splits among the circuit courts.
